Great restaurant 2 steps from our house Casa conde de Pestagua in Cartagena, Colombia. Plaintain wrapped grouper for an app, shrimp with rum and garlic potatoes for main, and liquid bread pudding for dessert (at least it tasted like liquid bread pudding!). More details to follow soon!
