Scott and I are now in a major countdown mode - only 6 days left till departure from Logan airport. We will be spending 2 nights in Istanbul at the former “midnight express” prison, now the Four Seasons Istanbul. Then we catch a “Greek Isles” Windstar cruise to Canakkale and Izmir in Turkey, then we hit some Greek islands - Patmos, Kos, Crete, Naxos and end in Athens with a 1 night stay in my family’s apt (Daphne on the metro stop) and we head back home.
