Scott and I made the very wise decision to go to Michael Mina for dinner before seeing the “O” Cirque Du Soleil show at the Bellagio. Scott went all out with his trio choices. He started with the trio of prosciutto, then the trio of japanese snapper, then we shared the trio of chocolate! I loved my first course of Butter-Poached Maine Lobster Sweet Potato Crepe, Thai Coconut Cream and my second course of Phyllo-Dusted Dover Sole Dungeness Crab Brandade, Dijon Sauce, Haricot Vert was delicious! To top off the evening with our capuccinos, they gave us 4 mini cookies, soooo delish.
