Loco Tapas just opened up 6 months ago and we LOVED it. The owner owns “crazy chefs caterers” and visited Barcelona and the Basque wine country in summer of 2006 and decided to open up this restaurant! He is pretty bold and we admired his adventurous spirit! He is a CIA trained chef and the food quality shows. We ordered a variety tapas including sea diver scallops, beef tenderloin with caramelized red onions, wonderful calamari, yummy catalan style pan bread with the tomato and garlic, etc, etc.
