Hi everyone! Lots has happened since my last post, I went into labor on July 8th at the Back Eddy, and delivered a beautiful baby girl on July 9, 2007 at 10:57am! The funny thing is that I managed to eat my scallop entree at the back eddy DURING contractions, no way will I miss a meal!!

Ok, so the latest dining discovery is the BoatHouse in RI. We went there when I was overdue with my daughter, and we just went back, this time with my daughter in a stroller, she was great and slept the whole time.

They have amazing lobster cakes (Maine Lobster-Roasted Native Corn Fritters with a chipotle chili aioli) and their house chowder has won many awards but beware - you won’t have room for more since its very filling!

My most recent order for my entree was the ” Baked Stuffed White Shrimp” with Jonah crab-native sweet corn filling, very very good!

I was a little disappointed at the lobster roll, seemed to be more bread roll than lobster, and not as great as the Raw Bar in Mashpee.

Next time we go here, I want to be there at sunset sipping a drink on the terrace, last time was a little to cold since the sun was already gone.
